How can I get clear even skin from blocked pores and acne marks?

I have clogged pores and acne marks, how can i get rid of it all.. I have the right facial cosmetics such as LAB SERIES OIL CONTROL... but the top layer of my skin is full of clogged pores and some acne marks

i have clear skin on my face and i use spectro gel products - they are fabulous!!
