Loreal Cruelty Free

brands that do not test on animals.?

Okay I know anything from avon doesn't because I buy body washes and things from there
I also want to know if this is true. http://www.livingcrueltyfree.com/2007/06/01/loreal-is-going-cruelty-free/
Loreal so on this list http://www.fortheface.com/glossary/no-animal-testing/ It also has chanel on this list. I know her bags are still leather but is Chanel true.

I also want to know a makeup brand that does not test on animals

Avon products sometimes have animal ingredients in them, like gelatin, think it was a shower gel or bubble bath.

I had an email a while ago about Loreal, but they are not in the compassionate shopping guide so not too sure.
