animal testing brands and manufacturers?

Recently i've been trying to boycott products that test on animals.. i've visited countless sites and i dont know what is real and what's not but the most prominent names are everywhere such as L'oreal, P&G, johnson & johnson etc etc there's this website that has the peta list i think you can find it in caringconsumer, but it does not open for me -_-" it lists a lot of products and manufacturers that dont test on animals but they also list a lot of products that are cruelty-free but their manufacturers and parent companies do test on animals such as Neutrogena, if you buy a cruelty-free product but is manufactured by a companie that does animal testing arent you funding for their tests? i've also seen countless of times saying not to buy anything from manufacturers that test on animals yet they still put these products on their site..

What's the point? The amount of pollution created by testing on something else is worse than testing on animals.

Give me a reason why you are Against Animal Testing?

I'm doing a coursework speech on anti animal testing.

Stemming from unethical and moral issues, there's also religious factors to consider as well. "Animal testing" - which could refer to anything pertaining to genetic engineering - is something that's not recognized in the Christian community; no one besides God is allowed to change the generic makeup of a creature on Earth.
Plus, animals and humans do have some differences between them, no matter how many similarities there may be in comparison. Animals cannot truly replicate humans, and as such, animal testing such as drug experimentation could have a substantially different effect in humans, simply because humans have a different set of genes or makeup. We're wasting a lot of money on animal testing, yet the results are unrealistic, and at best, inaccurate.
Benefits to our beings doesn't account for animal suffering and death. The possibility of us being able to live a more comfortable life will, inexplicably, find its beginning back to animal testing. Not such a guiltless way to live, and it'd be one a lot of people are against at the moment, in fact. We don't have the right to make other creatures suffer simply for our material or future benefits.

Everywhere. Wal-mart, Target, Lowes, most grocery stores. The whole "green" revolution has made cruelty free products widely available since most are organic. It's impossible not to find them.
