Where can I find cruelty free make up for my dark skin??

It's so hard to find makeup for black women these days.I'm a dark skin chocolate sister so I know .At the moment I'm currently using the cover queen collection foundation. I've never really been into makeup until about 2 or three months ago. This foundation is the only makeup that I have found that matches my skin completely but now I've just found out that they do animal testing. I'm a vegetarian so this does not sit well with me. Please help. And don' t tell me to the department stores because if your not light, bright or darn near
white they don't do much for you.LOL (My vanilla sisters know that I'm not lying!!!)

YAY! I'm not alone! Finally, someone who isn't looking for cruelty makeup like covergirl and whatnot. OK, first off there's so many companies that DON'T test on animals that it's not even funny! Alright, if you go to www.caringconsumer.com they will give you a list of products (they tell you about makeup, cleaning products, etc.) that don't test on animals. They actually have two lists: one that states what brands/companies test on animals, and which don't. I will tell you of a few makeup companies that don't test on animals.

It's so easy to overlook. We see a pretty set of makeup brushes at a great price - maybe at the pharmacy or the superstore - and we buy them. But as animal lovers, we must be more careful. Most of these brushes, though inexpensive monetarily, extract a much greater price in terms of creature suffering. We need to be as vigilant about our makeup brush purchases as we are about our Cosmetics.

What Not to Buy

When you purchase brushes that have no specific labeling to the contrary, chances are the brushes are made at least partly from animal fur. So rule number one is: Unless they are from a manufacturer you trust, don't buy makeup brushes that aren't labeled as cruelty-free, vegan, or 100% synthetic.

Where to Buy Vegan Brushes
