What are the pros of a cosmetic company not testing on animals?

I have to write a paper and I chose to write about why a cosmetic company should switch to cruelty free and not test on animals. Other than not harming innocent animals, what are the other pros to becoming a Cruelty Free Cosmetic company? I can't just write about how cruel and inhuman it is, my teacher wants me to have 2 other points. Any ideas?
For example, I heard it is cheaper not to test on animal but im not sure if its true

Your first point is obviously the most important: not harming animals. Some of the things they do to animals when testing products are just horribly disgusting and cruel. Not to mention the conditions animals are kept in in laboratories.

Second point could be: they save money by not having to have laboratories that accomodate animals, "taking care" of the animals, and buying the animals. Cutting the animals out of the picture should reduce costs to the company.

Third point could be: they are forced to use ingredients for cosmetics that are known to be safe. For instance, if you know that you can make lipstick out of all-natural ingredients, there is less need for testing. The reason they test products on animals is because they add so many chemicals to makeup, even some that are toxic if they are in large quantities. They have to make sure that their makeup won't kill a living creature, or at least blind them or cause skin rashes, etc. So it's not like you could necessarily EAT products that weren't tested on animals, but you are probably going to be more certain that whatever is in the makeup is safe for you to have on your eyes, lips, and skin. It has to be all natural or at least proven safe.
